MENU: Guests will dine on Salad Di Casa (house salad), mixed greens with grape tomatoes and gorgonzola tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette; choice of entree; and caramel pecan tiramisu, lady finger cookies layered with sweet mascarpone, caramel, pecans and whipped cream. Entree choices include New York strip steak: a choice center-cut steak with porcini mushroom butter sauce, vegetables and potato lasagna; Lake Superior whitefish: a fillet sautéed in a pecan-polenta crust with porcini butter sauce and vegetables; cheese manicotti: rolled pasta filled with herbed ricotta topped with marinara, alfredo and pesto sauces; and chicken Marsala: chicken sautéed and flamed with Marsala wine, wild mushrooms and shallots.
